stayed in wadebridge before and brookdale house villa was a delightful surprise. clean rooms, comfy bed, and a mouthwatering breakfast. the hosts were warm and caring, even drying our wet clothes. can't wait to stay here again!

our stay at brookdale house in wadebridge was fantastic! communication with the hosts was excellent, and the location was perfect with shops and the camel trail within walking distance. the facilities were like home, and the beds and bedding were super comfy. we loved the pet-friendly atmosphere and the lovely garden. everything was spotlessly clean, and we couldn't fault a thing!

I just had my second stay at Brookdale B&B and it was absolutely amazing! Debbie, our host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The breakfast was better than what you usually find in hotels and the beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get up in the morning. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the little extra touches like fudge and biscuits were much appreciated. The location is great for exploring Cornwall, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I can't recommend Brookdale B&B enough!

The rooms are clean, cosy, and well-equipped with locally sourced toiletries and a great tea tray. The breakfasts are top-notch, featuring a great selection of delicious dishes made with local produce. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

There is no mention of any scenic views from the rooms.
